Course Availability – Student Cannot See a Course

Student Questions:

What is the delay between when a student registers for a course and when it is added to their LMS account? The systems sync twice a day (morning and evening), so they can expect to see newly enrolled courses appear within 24 hours.
Does this delay also apply to other registration actions (drops /changes / reinstatement after a drop) YES
Are courses made available to students automatically? NO
If NO, when is this done? The students first need to enroll the course on MySJSU and the course will be automatically available to the students once the instructor publishes the course before the semester starts.
